Thank you for supporting Creative Clay during our TikTok Live Sales! We strive to create a fun, fair, and respectful shopping experience for everyone. Please take a moment to review our terms:
Claiming Items: After claiming an item(s) in our live sale, if requested, an invoice will be sent to the email you provided. Invoices must be paid promptly. Failure to pay after a reasonable time may result in a 3-live invoice restriction during future live sales. If you did not request an invoice, your claimed items must be settled by the end of our live. Any items left un-settled, will be sent to "unclaimed bags".
Fairness & Respect: We value a positive community. Rude comments, offensive behavior, or harassment will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such behavior will be reported and banned from future sales.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow these guidelines.
Website Terms: Creative Clay (Deep Roots LLC) owns and operates this site. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You are responsible for reviewing item details before purchasing, and completing checkout forms a legally binding agreement.
Pricing & Payments: Creative Clay accepts payments via CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or invoices. We may adjust prices at any time and correct errors if needed.
Returns & Refunds: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If so, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and your order confirmation. We will replace the item if possible; otherwise, a store credit will be issued. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
