Creative Clay (Deep Roots LLC) – Terms of Use

By purchasing products from Creative Clay, a brand operated by Deep Roots LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. Payments


We accept payments through CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Invoice.


Timely payment is required to secure your items. Failure to submit payment within the designated timeframe may result in temporary restrictions, including being blocked from participating in live sales for up to two weeks.


Our goal is to maintain a fair, respectful, and inclusive environment for all customers during live sales. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to our purchasing guidelines or engages in disruptive behavior.


2. Personal Use Only


All products sold by Creative Clay, including but not limited to handmade earrings, accessories, and other items, are intended for personal use only. You may not use our products for:


  • Commercial resale

  • Redistribution

  • Reproduction in any form

3. No Repurposing or Alteration


Buyers may not disassemble, alter, or repurpose any part of our earrings or other products for use in:


  • Their own designs or creations

  • Any resale activities

Each piece sold by Creative Clay is handcrafted and original, and the designs are protected as the intellectual property of Creative Clay.


4. Live Sale Behavior


We are committed to fostering a positive and respectful community during all live sales events.


  • Respectful conduct is expected from all participants at all times.

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for rude, hateful, harassing, or bullying comments.

  • Any form of discrimination, intimidation, or personal attacks will result in immediate removal and potential permanent banning from future live sales.

Creative Clay reserves the right to moderate or restrict access to live sales for any individual who violates these guidelines.


5. Prohibited Commercial Use


You may not incorporate any portion of Creative Clay products into:


  • New items for sale

  • Marketing or promotional materials

  • Any commercial or monetized purpose

Written consent must be obtained from Creative Clay before using our products or brand in any commercial context.


6. Intellectual Property Protection



All designs, product names, photography, and branding associated with Creative Clay are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative Clay.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or imitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


This includes:


  • Copying product designs

  • Using product imagery without permission

  • Impersonating or falsely affiliating with Creative Clay

7. Return Policy


All sales are final. Once payment has been made, we do not offer returns or exchanges, including for reasons such as:


  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Gift-related returns

Due to sanitary and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returned items once an order has shipped. Please review product descriptions and details carefully before completing your purchase.


8. Violations & Enforcement


Creative Clay reserves the right to take legal or civil action in the event of misuse or violation of these terms. This may include but is not limited to:


  • Cease-and-desist letters

  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown requests

  • Pursuing legal remedies for intellectual property infringement
