Creative Clay – Terms of Use Policy

By purchasing products from Creative Clay, you agree to the following terms of use:

1. Personal Use Only
   All products sold by Creative Clay, including but not limited to handmade earrings, accessories, and other items, are intended for personal use only. They may not be used for commercial resale, redistribution, or any form of reproduction.
2. No Repurposing or Alteration
   Buyers may not disassemble, alter, or repurpose any part of our earrings or other products for use in their own designs, creations, or for resale. Each piece is handcrafted with original designs that are the intellectual property of Creative Clay.
3. Prohibited Commercial Use
   You may not incorporate any portion of Creative Clay products into new items for sale, marketing, or promotional purposes without prior written consent from Creative Clay.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
   All Creative Clay designs, product names, photography, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative Clay. Unauthorized use, duplication, or imitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Violations & Enforcement
   Creative Clay reserves the right to take appropriate legal or civil action in the event of any misuse, including issuing cease-and-desist letters or filing DMCA takedown requests for unauthorized use of our products or brand.
